Coaching and Workshops for Musicians

Unlock your real potential and

show the world what you’ve got

This is your place to be if:

  • You want to feel confident and enjoy playing no matter where you are or who’s listening

  • You want to get better and quicker results in your practice sessions and on stage

  • You want to start taking control over your musical career and really feel good about yourself and your playing.

Life as a professional Musician isn’t always easy:

We have an extensive musical and technical education, studying in the best schools with amazing teachers, investing a lot of money in order to play incredible instruments, practicing endless hours… but sometimes the desired results just don’t show.

The truth is: It doesn’t matter how good a Musician you are or how much you practice, if you can’t show it on stage.

When on stage our level drops significantly, because nerves and anxiety take over and we just don’t know how to handle the situation anymore.
When no matter how much experience we have, we just can’t enjoy playing when we’re under pressure…. When we start to ask ourselves if we’re actually good enough or if this is really worth it.

It's the mental and emotional preparation that marks the difference when we go up on stage.

Music has always been my greatest passion.

I always dreamed of playing in a professional orchestra one day.

In order to achieve this goal I was willing to give it all.

At first, everything seemed to be going according to plan: I was accepted into a prestigious Musikhochschule in Germany, studied with one of the world’s most renowned violists, received an exceptional viola from an association, and was told I had talent. In theory, success seemed guaranteed.

But in practice, something wasn’t working.

No matter how hard I tried or how much I practiced, the results I wanted didn’t materialize.

How could it be possible that after studying for six hours, I barely noticed any improvement?
Why did some passages even get worse after countless repetitions?
Why did I freeze during auditions I had been preparing for months?
Why did I tremble and feel I couldn’t perform the way I wanted?
The only reward for all my efforts seemed to be tendonitis, which forced me to stop playing for nearly two months….

These experiences made me feel like I had only gotten there by luck, that others had seen something that wasn’t really there.

It seemed like I wasn’t cut out for this…

And with all the hard work and sacrifice I put into this dream it honestly wasn't worth it anymore.

At a crucial moment, when I seriously considered giving up, a friend introduced me to Coaching.
I learned that by managing my thoughts and emotions, I could achieve better results in practice and on stage.
I started working with a coach, and just four months later, I won my first audition for a professional orchestra.
Since then, I’ve been passionate about Coaching and the Psychology of Performance.
In Germany, I studied psychology and psychotherapy at the Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule and completed courses in Coaching, NLP, emotional intelligence, stress management, burnout, and nonviolent communication.
In 2020, I moved to Spain with my family.
To work professionally also in Spanish, I trained as an Expert in Coaching at EFIC
(Escuela de Formación Integral en Coaching.)
Today, I continue performing as a violist in symphony orchestras and chamber music groups, but alongside music, I have a mission: helping musicians feel confident and fulfilled in their musical career.
(In the practice room, but also on stage.)

Workshops and Formation

Studies show: Many music students suffer from high levels of stress, anxiety, or depression.
Emotional exhaustion and the lack of psychological support are often the reasons why they ultimately abandon their musical careers. (*)

With my workshops and lectures at public conservatories, I aim to help enrich music education and provide positive support for musicians.

Because a successful career requires not only instrumental skill, but also the ability to manage one’s thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations — both in the practice room and on stage.

The workshop topics presented here are examples.
I’m happy to design a customized program tailored to your specific needs and goals.

How to successfully prepare for your next audition or concert.

Preparing for an audition or concert takes more than just an effective practice plan.
True success comes from being able to access everything you’ve worked on when it matters most.

Mental preparation, confidence in your abilities, and the way you handle nerves and emotions are just as essential as technical and musical practice.

In this workshop, participants learn practical strategies and exercises to strengthen their mental preparation and perform with greater focus, confidence, and enjoyment — both in auditions and on stage.

Handling Emotions

In challenging moments — like important concerts or auditions — our emotions can sometimes take over.

To perform at our best, we need to understand and manage what we feel.

In this workshop, we explore the world of emotions with a special focus on performance anxiety.
Participants learn how to recognize, accept, and transform their emotions so that nothing stands in the way of a confident and fulfilling performance.

The Practice Revolution

Hours of practice alone don’t always guarantee the results we hope for.
More than quantity, it’s the
quality of our practice that determines our progress.

This workshop explores what you can do to achieve better and faster results in your practice sessions — how to plan more effectively and how to finally master those tricky passages that never seem to work.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation by Jacobson

Relax Your Body, Free Your Mind

Body and mind are deeply connected. When the body is relaxed, our thoughts naturally calm down as well. By learning to consciously relax different muscles, we also train our mind to stay calm and focused.

The Progressive Muscle Relaxation by Jacobson can be a powerful tool for musicians. Allowing you to perform with both physical ease and mental clarity.

Coaching Tools for Teachers

For most musicians, their principle music teacher is on of the most important figures in their development.

With this comes great responsibility and significant influence on their students’ growth.

This workshop introduces practical coaching tools that allow teachers to support their students not only technically and musically, but also mentally and emotionally. By using these strategies, instructors can help students achieve their goals more effectively and stay focused on what truly matters — even in challenging situations.

Supporting Young Musicians
(A Workshop for Parents)

In this Workshop we explore the central role mothers and fathers play in the musical and emotional development of their children.

Participants will receive clear guidance and practical tools to support their children in a compassionate, constructive, and empowering way — helping them navigate the challenges of a musical career with confidence and resilience.

What other Musicians achieved after working with me:

Going through audition preparation with Evelin was a real game changer. I discovered a whole set of tools to deal with the difficulties and to focus on my strengths. Practice became creative and fun and I was able to deliver a very good performance during my last audition. I was proud of myself and the progress I made as a musician and as a person.

Marianna, VIOLINIST
